
Every year there is a theme for Yoga Day and this year’s Yoga Day celebrations is ‘Yoga for Humanity’ and it is expected that people across the world will take part in various events, it promotes better health and wellness for all around.
Today PM Modi led a mass Yoga event in the backdrop of the iconic Mysore Palace in Karnataka and thousands of people joined him on this event and observed the International Day of Yoga.

The president took part in Yoga Day demonstrations at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. He asked everyone to practise Yoga everyday and make it a part of their daily life & experience its benefits.
On account to that, a flagship programme in coordination with the Ministry of External Affairs has also been organised for a mass Yoga Protocol world over on the day following the movement of the sun.
