Seven Indians Kidnapped
 
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has said that seven Indians were kidnapped in Libya on September 14 and India is working with Libyan authorities to secure their release.
 
 
As per the MEA, the Indian government is making all efforts to bring back the seven Indian nationals, who were kidnapped in Libya last month.
 
 
The Indians, hailing from Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, were kidnapped when they were on their way to the airport to catch a flight to India.
 
 
Meanwhile, the Libyan authorities have assured the Indian government that the abducted Indians are "safe" and the rescue efforts are still underway.
