JP Nadda, BJP National President has scheduled a two days visit to Barak Valley in order to initiate the party’s election campaign for Assembly Election to be held in the month of April.
The party president will be landing at Kumbhigram Airport by Monday afternoon.Nadda will hold a public rally- Vijay Sankalp Samabesh at the Police Parade Ground in Silchar.
The public rally will be followed by a meeting here in Guwahati with the top state BJP Leaders including Assam BJP President Ranjeet Kumar Das, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, and North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Diplu Ranjan Sarma, Assam General Secretary of state BJP said, “The National BJP President will review every aspect of preparation of the party, including both booth-level work party’s stronghold, weakness, public sentiment, acceptance, strength in minority seats, Barak Valley and upper Assam.”
The meeting will be primarily focussed on strengthening the party stature in the state. After reviewing the preparations, JP Nadda will guide the party leaders on how to move forward to succeed in the BJP+=100+ mission.
