Despite the protesting group of farmers insisting to not become a part of panel formed by the government, the Supreme court of India led by bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde suspended the implementation of farm laws until next further oders.

The Supreme court while ordering a suspension of these 3 farm laws said that anyone who is truly concerned in solving the problem will become the part of a commitee and hence, we are forming a panel to have a talk between protestors and farmers.

Supreme court gave this order while hearing the batch of petitions on removal of protesting farmers from Delhi border.

However, the protestor groups have already stated that they will not participate in any such panel as they believe this as a delay tactics to lure farmers.
