As Myanmar is engulfed with unrest, violence after the military coup, the protests coupled with violence in Myanmar is now scaling new heights.

To control the civilians protesting against the military coup in Myanmar, now the army in Myanmar is conducting airstrikes against its own people.

According to reports, Myanmar Army is conducting back to back airstrikes in the southern part of Myanmar which shares its borders with Thailand.
After airstrikes, thousands of people have fled to neighbouring Thailand. 

The southern part of Myanmar is the region that is dominated by Karen ethnic community. This region also has the presence of the Karen National Liberation Army, an insurgent group, which have been demanding a separate nation for the Karen community.
